Meet Donni

Lifelong Resident of Oakland County

A lifelong resident of Senate District 23, Donni has built her life, career, and public service around a deep commitment to the people of Oakland County. Married for over 30 years and the proud mother of two sons, Donni knows firsthand the values of family, hard work, and community.

Small Business Owner

After graduating from Lake Orion High School, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Professionally, Donni has spent decades as a small business owner and realtor in North Oakland—serving as an owner, associate broker, manager, and realtor—gaining invaluable experience that helps her understand the challenges and opportunities facing local families and businesses.

Service to Our Community

Her dedication to public service extends beyond her career. Donni served as both Treasurer and Trustee of Orion Township, playing a key role in the township’s growth and development. Today, she proudly represents District 54 in the State House of Representatives, where she works tirelessly on the issues that matter most to residents—especially fixing Michigan’s roads.

Outside of elected office, Donni has been active in community organizations and professional associations, taking on leadership roles and working hands-on to improve her community.

From her start at Lake Orion High School to her current service in Lansing, Donni’s journey reflects a lifelong commitment to the well-being and prosperity of Oakland County and the State of Michigan.
